EVO Care delivers a new concept in innovative technical servicing solutions, where the client is at the heart of our service offering. We provide accurate, cost-effective, and swift resolutions to our client’s technical issues for industrial and large format printers, across the UAE.

Our trained technicians meticulously inspect all components and clean your equipment in addition to performing any repairs. Service is performed with speed and continuous attention to detail, and your equipment is tested for full functionality before our technician leaves your site. Our technicians have common parts used for most repairs with them at all time, or we can source required parts within 7 business days. All parts have the manufacturer's full warranty, or our own 3-month warranty.

​ We also offer on-site, proactive maintenance service. When was the last time your equipment received a thorough inspection and cleaning? Did you know that most problems can be avoided with regular cleaning and inspection? Much like a car, this is the reason most manufacturers have recommended maintenance schedules for copiers and printers. Our preventative maintenance service extends your equipment's lifetime and prevent costly downtime.

On-site service and proactive maintenance are offered on a scheduled basis (you are billed for time and materials), or we can work with you to set up a contract to cover all your repair and maintenance needs.   ​

Rigorous training and certification on devices, security and networks

All technicians hold a variety of certifications, including A+, Network+ and Security+, depending on their job title and skill set. Some also hold additional certifications like CASP and MCSE/CCNA. And we comply with industry standards like CompTIA.
